Founded in 2001, we are a casting manufacturer specializing in lost wax casting of 304, 304 L, 316, 316L, WCB and more.
Our goal is to provide perfect quality, superior value and creative solutions to our customers. More than 80% of our products are exported to the United States, Europe and Australia and we have fostered a strong working relationship with our buyers there.
With an annual output capacity of 1,000 metric tons, our products range from 500 grams to 100 kilograms in weight. Our complete production line covers mold design, casting, machining and surface treatment.
Strict quality control is carried out on all our raw materials and finished products, we also have an in-house chemical lab, metallographic analysis equipment, hardness tester, physical property tester and other inspection instruments.
Aside from all this, we also have strong R&D ability to meet customers' special requirements, such as deep and complex cavities, accurate positioning, among others.
Furthermore, we also installed a line of boring, milling & drilling lathes & CNC lathes. In general, we have our products well under control from the casting stage to the fully-finished machined parts.
